On The Day Styling & Coordination
Our On the Day Set Up and Coordination service is for couples who enjoy designing their own wedding but would like professional assistance in bringing their vision to life on their special day.
We begin with an initial design consultation where we discuss your wedding plans, decor vision, and logistical requirements. During the consultation, our experienced team will listen attentively to your ideas and preferences, allowing us to understand your vision for the perfect wedding day.
One month prior to your wedding, we will have a follow up coordination meeting, and then liase with your selected vendors. We will confirm their arrival and setup times, and discuss specific requirements.
On your wedding day, our professional team will handle the delivery, set up, and arrangement of the rented decor items at your venue. We will follow your design plan, ensuring that everything is in place and presented beautifully. You can focus on enjoying your special day while we take care of the logistics and setup.
After the celebration, we will also handle the collection and return of the rented decor items, allowing you to relax and cherish the memories of your wedding without any additional responsibilities.
What's Included :
One or two consultation to gather all the necessary information about your suppliers and discuss your styling concept in detail.
Final hand over meeting one month before your event to review and finalise all the details.
After the handover, we will take charge of coordinating and communicating with your venue and suppliers.
We will manage all pre and post event logistics, which includes collecting napery, styling decors, organising on-the-day stationery, creating a comprehensive run sheet and working towards the designed plan.
We will handle the coordination and styling of your ceremony and reception. If applicable, we will ensure a seamless transition of styling details from the ceremony to the reception locations.
Our team will skilfully implement the styling of your napery, decor, and stationery and oversee the florist, furniture placement, and all other details of your day.
Late-night pack-down and logistics once the event concludes.
